  • We understand that life can be unpredictable which is why we highly encourage travelers to review the trip insurance options. Trip insurance is available for purchase when registering online.

    All payments are non-refundable.

    If a traveler cancels their registration with outstanding payments that are past due, he or she is still required to make up any payments that are owed at that time as we commit money toward the trip costs in good faith.
